White rectangular bowl designed by Ben Seibel for Raymor Modern Artware and introduced by Roseville Pottery in 1953.This little-known line of Mid-Century Modern artware was created by freelance designer Ben Seibel after the success of his Raymor Modern stoneware. Raymor Modern Artware was marked with raised "raymor modern artware by Roseville U.S.A.". Standard colors were white, gold, and black.
Signed in raised lettering underneath "Raymor Modern Artware by Roseville U.S.A. 28-8" measuring 7 3/4" by 6 3/4" by 2 3/4" tall. There is a glaze spot discoloration as seen in the pictures. It is in gently used vintage condition with no chips, breaks, cracks or repairs.
