Real Photo Postcard Pleasant Point Demster New York 1907: This original vintage real photo postcard bears the caption “Pleasant Point, Demster, N.Y. Demster is located in Oswego County. This postcard was mailed from Mexico, New York in August of 1907. The note on the front of the postcard describes an outing to Pleasant Point: “Helen, do you remember when we went to P. Point – several of us girls early in the morning – ate our breakfast of cold chicken and cranberries – after getting bedrabbled with dew – bathed dined – later had ice cream at hotel – finally took train for home.” The word “bedrabble” means “to drench, or muddy”. This postcard is in good condition, a very light crease and some wear to the upper left corner.
