Plus we have our own Protective Foam Pads made specifically for each size & scale of Display Case we Make. Yes this is Very Costly to Us, but it's the only way we canbe confident that you will receive your Display Case in Perfect Condition.

• You can return the Display Case to us within 30 days. We must receive the Display Case in NEW Resalable condition, once we do we'll Happily refund you the entire original purchase price of the Display Case (Minusshipping), or applyit towards the purchase of the correct Display. Wedo NOT charge a re-stocking fee. We can NOT issue a refund for a Displaythat does not come back to usin NEWResalable Condition. Please Don't hesitate to ask us questions BEFORE you order. • It is extremely rare for damage to occur - But itcan happen...
• If you receive a damaged display - Please contact us Immediately(NO Later than14 days of Receipt) thru messaging or our toll free # found on your receipt. [There is only a 14 day window to issue a damage claim with FedEx and U.S. Postal] We will make ALL the Return and Replacement Arrangements, so you do NOT have to. We will give you detailed instructions including: A return authorization #, and where, when the display will be picked up. We'll contact FedEx and arrange to have the damaged display picked up, and we'll send a replacement Display to you right away at no additional cost to you.
