This is a 8 1/2\" Glass domed clock. Marked on the back is Reine Handarbeit my research is a German made clock.The blue is of glass porclain and the gold on the back and the balls are plastic. it has #1391 stamped on the bottom.I put a battery in it but the balls do not spin but I don\'t know if they are supposed to spin or not.
