A fantastic pair of carved bamboo (Cane) electric lamps- the Tikis theme lends itself brilliantly to this concept- with the mouths and eyes open to show the glowing lights within. A woven mesh and green cellophane window really add to the Tropical and retro Vibe of the pair. Note whilst these are a fine pair- same size and construction they vary slightly in the style of the Tikis face which is a nice touch!

Any Tropical Hawaiian themed décor or general collector of Oceanic, South Pacific memorabilia will love these unique fixtures- the first such lamps of this kind I've seen. These can be wall mounted (imagine either side of the bed, home bar, doorway or mantle!) and have a hanging hook at back and stabilising panel also to help these hang correctly. They could just as effectively be used as table lamps- again just imagine these on a bar, or as bedside lamps etc!

These have genuine vintage too- the hard Bakelite type electrical fittings attest to this. Both have Non Australian plugs- however can be simply rewired for the right plug- or even more easily a travel adapter can be used for each to convert the plug type! Id estimate these are ca 1960-70s era?

Both lamps in excellent condition Tested with my travel adapter and both working with switches on the leads as well - fitted with globes as shown. An easy standard (smaller) sized screw in globe is used. One is a blue tinted globe- the other clear. Each lamp is around 10 inches (25cm) in height. Remember you get BOTH Lamps here!
