Revolutionary War Era 1782 Document Timber For Sawmill Gold & Silver Currency:
This sale is for a vintage 1782 dated document or receipt between James Newcomb and Francis Mahy for thirteen pounds of New York Currency in gold & silver for some timber for a sawmill. This came with some other papers that came from either the Albany area, or Pittstown, or Troy. This agreement was done in the presents of Israel Thompson and Jesse Thompson. There is some separations starting at the folds. It measures approximately 5.5 x 4.75. Thanks for taking a look at my sales.
