If you have a Rhodes Suitcase model piano, this is for you!
This preampplugs into your Suitcase top and provides stereo outputs so you can plug into any amp or mixer without having to lug along your heavy speaker bottom to a gig or the studio. And it sounds better than the original! Each unit is handcrafted and fully tested here in our shop, packaged and ready to ship.
This is a brand new Rhodes preamp power supply for the older style Rhodes built by Peterson. You can identify the Peterson piano by the control pots on the front of the piano. There are three round knobs for Volume, Tone and Vibrato control. Simply plug this unit into your piano and plug the outputs into your amp or mixer for pure Rhodes sound without the hassle of the original configuration. Put the fun back into playing with the one of a kind CAE Sound Preamp Power Supply!
For our European friends we also offer this CAE Sound Preamp Power Supply in a 220vt. Mains version at no additional cost. You must specify plainly if you want the 220vt. Mains model, otherwise you will be sent the standard 120vt. model.
Please note; the 4 pin DIN connector used on the older Rhodes is no longer available. so we went to the 5 pin DIN. We will include a new 5 pin DIN connector to install on your piano faceplate, and we'll include instructions for this fairly easy modification.
Rhodes Power Supply for the Old Style "Peterson" Preamp This Power Supply allows you to operate your Peramp without having the Speaker Bottom. It improves the sound quality and is lighter than the standard speaker bottom.
