Aloha, Up for offer is my Ricky Chen True Sharp Tanto. Made in the Hanwei forge in China. 11.5 inch blade to the habaki, 19 inches overall. Width 1.25\" at the habaki and 15/16\" at the kissaki. This Tanto is in extremely good condition. There are some wear marks on the habaki from sliding in and out of the saya. Cotton wrapped with rayskin underneath. Looks real but not 100% sure. Fittings are okay nothing special. Saya has a few marks on it. Blade has an apple seed grind near the front third of the blade blood groove on both sides of the tanto. This blade is razor sharp and well made for a Chinese tanto. Keep for your collection or use it for cutting tatami mats or water bottles. I have not used this for cutting, just part of my collection. There is no temper line. Blade is made out of carbon steel (1095). Blade is a 1/ \" thick at the habaki. Ask questions before you offer. I bought this used.
