Brilliant and spirited, like a Mozart piece come to life, the Amadeo decanter named in the composer's honor is a lasting work of art. Mouth-blown of leaded crystal by master European glassblowers, the decanter forms a U-shape unlike any other made by Riedel, appropriate for its role as commemorative decanter for the innovative Austrian company's 250th anniversary. A full bottle of wine may be decanted into the wider side of the graceful U, which then serves as a handle for pouring the wine into glasses out through the narrower opening. The angled tops of each side perfectly align in a visual plane, a crisp counterpoint to the fluidly curved belly.

Shipping Methods and Fees:
We currently offer FREE shipping to PHYSICAL addresses only in the continental 48. Usually using UPS Ground, but sometimes UPS Mail Innovations. delivery estimates are not guaranteed times of delivery, if needed by a certain date, purchase expedited.
International purchases are subject to custom's fees, Tax, and Duties upon receipt. These charges vary from country to country, and are based on overall cost of the item. Please note that calculation and payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer.

Currently, we can only offer expedited shipping for destinations within the US. Economy mail is also unavailable.
Address changes can be made in PayPal at the time of checkout, before making payment. Since shipping is automated, we cannot guarantee a change of address is possible, but the sooner you contact us the better.
All international orders are considered final, no returns are possible. We do not devalue or mark items as gifts as this is illegal. Calculation and payment of customs, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsability.
We insure every package so that if it is lost or damaged we can file claims. These claims can take up to 2-4 weeks with UPS and 2-3 months with USPS.
Most items ship from NYC, but we have several off-site warehouses and drop shippers who will occasionally ship for us.

Returns are accepted for 30 days for an even exchange or PayPal refund.
You must request an RMA# for a return or it will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns take 10 business days to inspect, process, restock, and issue the replacement or refund.
ALL International sales are final and the above does not apply.
• How long will it take to ship my package?
We Be Dealin' ships via UPS ground*, providing fast, trackable and insured shipments. Items are very carefully packaged by our trained service department, and generally ship out within 1 -3 business days of receiving a cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays). UPS Standard Ground usually delivers within 2 to 6 business days to your physical address. We ship to PO Boxes for an additional fee. For a standard US package we charge 10 dollars additional to ship to a PO Box. If the address you submit is a PO Box address, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the money due. All packages shipped to a PO Box are shipped via USPS priority and take 1-3 business days to be delivered once they ship. Please note that USPS packages can not exceed 70 Pounds per USPS restrictions.
UPS domestic shipping is available for an additional fee please contact us prior to purchase as to how much UPS shipping will be.
• Do you offer local pick up?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pick-ups at this time. We are under contract with our warehouse to ship all items with them, since they handle, package, box, store and insure our products. However, we can give a small discount if you live close by. You will find that addresses close to us get delivered via standard shipping in 1-3 days.
• I have received the wrong item.
If we have made an error while processing your order, we will pay 100% of the shipping fees to correct the problem. If an incorrect item was received, this is usually due to a processing error in our warehouse. We carry over 20,000 SKUs, so mistakes can happen, and we try to minimize this for you as much as possible. We will schedule a pick up for you at the address of your choice if you received the wrong item. Please contact us and let us know the following.

What address would you like the incorrect item picked up at?
What time is good for you so we can schedule a pick up? (usually morning or evening in 4 hour blocks)
Would you like to keep the item? Sometimes, the mistake is actually one that a customer does not mind. The item could be more expensive, just as good, or sometimes better. If you would like to keep the item we sent you in error, please email us and we can work out a discount for the mistake, or a credit in our store for the understanding.
• I made a mistake in my address.
If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been shipped, there may be a fee assessed for the address correction. We can only correct addresses that are shipped via UPS and it is not always possible to correct. If the item comes back to us due to incorrect address, we will ship one more time free of charge in most cases. This only applies to physical addresses in the continental United States; all other address would be responsible to repay the shipping fee in order to get their item reshipped.
• Does We Be Dealin' Drop Ship items?
We Be Dealin' does not drop ship items in most cases. In the event that we oversell an item, we will ship from a supplier when possible in order to expedite the order processing purpose and make sure that our customers get the items they pay for as quickly as possible. We Be Dealin' does ship from several warehouses around the country. We have our main warehouse in Brooklyn NY. We have 3 other warehouses on the east coast and we have a warehouse in Ohio. Items can ship from anyone of these locations, but there should be no difference in processing time no matter which warehouse your item ships from.
• My product was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
We Be Dealin' takes pride in packaging and shipping of products, but if your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item with your sales receipt number, item number, and product name. We will reply via e-mail with a resolution. See our full return policy for more details.
• What is your Return Policy?
