Shipping
We process and ship orders Mon – Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery. All orders are normally shipped within one day if placed by 1:00 pm EST. We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Protectorates (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.). We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We can combine shipping but you will need to contact us after winning both sales. We ship Fedex or USPS depending on item and to Paypal confirmed addresses. We will issue tracking number when item ships, it can take up to one day for us to give you a tracking number.
Customer Service
All products are checked and packaged for quality before they are sent out. We are committed to provide you the highest level of service, if you wish to return items for any reason please contact customer service by clicking on \"contact seller\" to request an RGA. We will accept any returns on un-opened or un-used items, in original packaging only, unless product is damaged or defective. We reserve the right to decide on an exchange or giving a refund. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of products. Once an RGA has been submitted buyer has 30 days to return material to us. After 30 days we will not accept return. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on orders that are being returned for reasons other than a defect, determined fairly on a case-by-case basis.
