This figurine is brand new in original box and certificate of authenticity.In 2008 Royal Doulton started manufacturing Royal Albert Figurines. The first figurines produced were the 100 year anniversary figurines. They produced a figurine for each decade and the figurine has a pattern on her dress from that decade. In 2008 Royal Albert produced its first annual Old Country Roses Figurine of the Year. Each year Royal Doulton produces a new Figurine of the Year. The figurines are only manufactured in the year they are introduced. All of the Royal Albert figurines are designed in England and produced in Thailand. Please note that all items sold by The Fine China Store are brand new and first quality and were purchased directly from Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton through a wholesale account. We ship worldwide. Our shipping prices are calculated directly based on the weight of the package. For your peace of mind, shipping insurance is standard and required on all shipments. As the items we sell are fine and delicate items, we pack them extremely carefully to a professional packaging standard using only professional grade packaging. This can sometimes make the packages a little heavier than it might be, so this can unfortunately raise the shipping cost slightly for some of our international customers. It is very important to us that you receive the item in the exact condition you would expect to. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. In the unlikely event that the item is defective or not as described please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to start the return process. Once the item is received back we will provide a full refund. If you would like to return your item for any other reason please contact us within 60 days of receiving the item. We accept returns on the condition that the item is received back to us in the condition we originally shipped it. We will then give a refund minus the shipping costs. If you have any broken or damaged items or you are missing items from your shipment (contents do not match the packing slip) please notify The Fine China Store via e-mail immediately. Claims for damage and or shortage must be made within 7 days of delivery. PLEASE DO NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER AS THIS WILL DRASTICALLY SLOW DOWN THE CLAIM PROCESS.
