This figurine is in original box .The Prestige Figurines are the only figurines currently being designed and produced in England. All Royal Doulton Pretty Ladies figurines are designed in England however, beginning in late 2005 and early 2006 Royal Doulton moved the production of all Royal Doulton Pretty Ladies figurines (full size, petite and miniature) to Thailand. A more recent production change, one that coincided with Royal Doulton’s merger with Waterford Wedgwood in 2011, was to stop sending Certificates of Authenticity in the box with each figurine.Please note that all items sold by The Fine China Store are and first quality and were purchased directly from Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton through a wholesale account.**Please note that Free Shipping only applies to the continental United States. Return Policy

If you would like to return your item for any reason please contact us within 60 days of receiving the item. We accept returns on the condition that the item is received back to us in the condition we originally shipped it. We will then give a refund minus the shipping costs (what The Fine China Store paid to ship it to you). Please be sure to insure your return shipment against loss/breakage or damage.
