This sale is fora superb seriesware dressing table produced around in the first quarter of the 20th Century (probably around 1910) by the world famous Royal Doulton factory in Stoke on Trent, England.

It forms part of the seriesware range and is designed in the style of the Arts and Crafts and also Art Nouveau hints. The range is D3255 and shows a lakeland scene with trees to the fore, mountains to the background and stylised boats on the water. the set comprises a tray, a small trinket tray, 2 candlesticks, a larger lidded powder pot, a lidded trinket pot and an open trinket pot.

The set is in very good condition for it's vintage with no chips, cracks, or restoration.

There is some age related crazing to the glaze to some of the pieces (particularly the large tray, a candlestick and the two smaller trinkets) but this does not significantly affect the overall appeal of the set. There is also a little usage wear to the tray as shown but this is minimal and is mentioned purely for accuracy of description.

Any bright white marks in the photos are due to light reflection.

Size - Tray is 30cm (11.75 inches) across, candlesticks are 17cm (6.75 inches)high, small tray is 13.4cm (5.25 inches) across, the two smaller trinkets are 9cm (3.5 inches) across and the larger lidded pot is 9cm (3.625 inches) high.

Weight Unboxed - 1850g combined

Stamped to the base with various Royal Doulton markings (as shown in the attached photograph for your reference).

We prefer payment by Paypal but will accept payments drawn on a UK bank account in Sterling if made by prior arrangement. We will not charge you a fee if you choose to pay by paypal.

The items will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class unless otherwise requested.

Overseas

The items will be shipped using Royal Mail Air Mail unless otherwise requested.

Surface Mail

Due to the unfortunate reputation of surface mail shipping we are afraid that we will not insure any items transported in this way. Any such delivery will be undertaken entirely at your own risk. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Insurance

Your items will be insured against loss or damage up to the value of £41.00.

Further comprehensive insurance will be offered at the end of the sale if the final value of the items is greater than £41.00.

Signed for deliveries with tracking can also be requested at the end of the sale at a cost of an additional 95p for UK buyers or £3.50 for overseas.

Exceptions - Customers from Argentina and the Russian Federation please note that we will only send items by Royal Mail Signed For and that the additional £3.50 charge will be added at the end of the sale.

Packing

All our items are packed securely, with a combination of chippings and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. We make a small charge for this but do not intentionally profit from this charge.

Combined Shipping

We will always combine shipping for multiple purchases to give you the cheapest possible delivery costs. Packages weighing up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Packages in excess of 2kg may be sent by courier if this is more cost effective for you.

If you have purchased multiple lots please wait for an invoice before making your payment.

Exceptions - Customers in Argentina and the Russian Federation please note that we will only combine shipping up to a maximum of 2kg. We will not ship by courier to these destinations.
