Description This sale is for a Royal DoultonWeller Napkin Ring. Tony Weller is posed on top of the napkin ring. The ring also has two "feet" on the bottom. It is excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, or crazing throughout. The base has the black Royal Doulton trademark.The occasional highlights you see are reflections, not defects.Please see pictures for details.
