This is a BRAND NEW 1980 Valentine's Day plate from Royal Doulton. This plate has come right out ofitsdamaged box and has never been displayed. The plateis in mint condition!The plate is dated, rimmed with a gold stripe and features a decorative scene. The back ofthe plate has a Valentine poem.
