This is a beautiful Russian Niello Silver Spoon fromMoscow and dates to 1869. The spoon is decorated with buildings on the front andback of the handle and on the bottom of the bowl. The spoon is marked “ИA B.C. 1869 84” and with the Moscow city mark. The assayer mark belongsto Turquoise, Coral, and Cowrie Shell Necklace. The necklace has a turquoise,coral and shell square pendant. ViktorVasilyevich Savinsky and we believe the maker to be NiKolaì VasilievichAleksejev. The spoon measures approximately 5-1/2 inches long 1 inch wideand weighs 23.7 grams. Other than some light scratches this Russiansilver spoon is in very good antique condition. (See photos).
