It is the customers responsibility to check whether products are allowed in his/her country as we will not be held responsible for items witheld by customs. If your order has come back to us and you then wish for us to post it out again, an admin fee of £2.50 is chargeable, plus the original postage fee paid the first time. How do i track my item? - We send all of our orders out via recorded delivery, meaning you can track the progress of your order from the time it is posted, to the time that it arrives at your door. Please ask us if you require your tracking number and we will happily give it to you.
