Sessions Rare Antique Calendar Regulator Wall Clock Beautiful Runs Great For SaleThis is a SUPERIOR HUGE ORIGINAL CONDITION example of a Sessions OFFICE, RAILROAD or STORE REGULATOR CALENDAR Wall Clock. It is a very classy wall clock in need of a warm loving home. It was made circa 1915. It has a SESSIONS Clock Co 8 day time AND CALENDAR movement with THE ORIGINAL heavy fancy long drop pendulum. The movement is a very strong runner! The case is also in wonderful solid oak 100% all original condition with the ORIGINAL NEAR PERFECT finish! I doubt if the clock has been worked on much as the screws and screw holes for the movement are tight. The dial is all original and in SUPERIOR condition with a great antique patina. The calendar advances correctly. It has an adjustment for fast and slow on the heavy original pendulum. The metal around the dial (brass) is original and is aging to a very nice patina (no extra screw holes). The hands are original – even the original hand nut! The top painted glass is original and wavy. (See pictures) Runs great! The clock is very large and measures 40 inches high, 5 inches deep and 16 ¼ inches wide. This clock still has both its original catches for the door. Complete with its original very heavy pendulum (rare) and a new American key. Very rare for a clock to have the original pendulum - also very rare have the calendar feature. These antique clocks amaze me - could you imagine any other consumer product still working after 100 years! And the truly amazing thing with proper care they will work easily past the next 100 years, with this clock going well beyond that!
