The point is advanced viaclick clip action. The refill still writes a little, but needs to be replaced.On the flat top surface of the cap there are significant dents (last photo),but there are no others flaws or dents in the silver. The gold filled clip and tip are very goodexcept for one tiny shallow pinpointgouge on the clip... truly insignificant.
