Hi thank you for looking at my sale we have here a very unusual enamel box watch case design, hard to tell what it may have been used for i have seen this with a mirror in the past so a compact in may be or for snuff or for housing some snuff then to the card with the retaining clip for a photo, then it could have held a watch so we pretty much have a multi purpose box, i removed the card to find another set of hallmarks very nice the dog clip i do not think to be original to this there is a few small dings to this but the enamel is in great condition with out lose or stress, weight 14 gram size 42mm without dog clip
