This is a very nice little all bisque doll that I believe is a Kewpie. She is 5 1/2" tall. She has a soft blond wig. She has painted brows, large side glancing eyes that feel cold to the touch and may be white glass with raised black irises. Blackpainted lashes around the top of the eye sockets.Well detailed nose, what I believe is a watermelon shaped mouth (upturned smile) and good blush on her cheeks. Head, body and legs are one piece, arms are jointed. Her lower legs and feet are painted gold and there are little 'wing' shapes on the outside of her ankles. Under the feet is impressed Germany. Her arms are bisque and she has upturned thumbs. Her original clothes are stitched on and I have been unable to remove them. I have examined the body, the top part is white and is impressed on the front with 'Fumsup' . The tummy and lower is pink. Clothes consist of lace 1/2 slip which is attached to green satin skirt with bow and lace shoulder straps. She has a large matching pale green bonnet with large stiffened lace trimmed brim.
