ShippingWe take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Most of our items are sent with Royal Mail on a recorded delivery, this can take between 1 and 7 working days for delivery and will need to be signed for at the given address when delivered, if nobody is present at the time of delivery your address should be carded and the item will be taken back to your local post depot to await collection. Our heavy items are sent on a 24 hour Parcel Force sevice and the same procedure will apply.Unless it states otherwise ALL of our quoted shipping charges cover mainland UK only, this does on some items exclude the highlands of Scotland, Northern island and all of the Channel Isles. Should your item be damaged in transit or faulty upon its arrival then please inform us within 48 working hours and post the item back to us with the completed returns slip within 7 days of reciept of goods. Unfortunately any goods found to be faulty after this 7 day valid period may not be exchanged, however each case will be dealt with on an individual basis. Once we have your item back it will be inspected and we aim to get your refund or replacement processed within 48 hours.2.If you are not completely happy with your purchase, or it was not quite what you were expecting we will be happy to refund your purchase, although we do have a few conditions.
