This is for a stylish pair of Georgian spectacles with sterling silver frames. They are magnified for reading and have extending arms. The glasses are in excellent condition and the silver carries a full set of English silver hallmarks dating them to Birmingham 1827 along withthe makers initials TW for Thomas Wilmore. They measure 111mm across the frontwith each lens measuring 32mm x 24mm...the arms measure 108mm back from the the hinge at the front when they are closed and 151mm back when they are fully extended.
