STRANGE VELLUM DOCUMENT 1650 GERMAN ORIGIN VERY ORNATE Description

A strange vellum document with lots of ink ornate drawings around the main body of the text of the document. In the frame the document and frame measure 22 1/2 inches by 28 inches. Dated 1650 and of German Origin. The document has been folded many times over the years and can be seen from the photo from the back of the document in picture 1. Four small holes in the document. Unfortunately for me I cannot decipher the message on the front but it was obviously very important given the pure time and dedication given to this gorgeous document. Lastly is some water staining to the ink above the three headed man.
