STUNNING!! 1920's CHINESE Carved ROSE QUARTZ Sterling COLLAR NECKLACE
Offered here is a SENSATIONAL example of an antique ART DECO "Chinese" carved Rose Quartz pendant necklace.....marked "STERLING" on the back of the frame, and estimated to be circa 1910/20's.
This is truly an AMAZING necklace that boasts a Large HAND CARVED and Pierced ROSE QUARTZ Crystal.....with carved FLORAL designs and a large sweeping spray of LEAVES arching across the top. The pendant measures 1 3/4 inches wide by 1 1/4 inches tall and it is absolutely BREATHTAKING!!
The carved Quartz is held within six elongated prongs and mounted on an open backed STERLING frame with a hidden tongue and box clasp on the back that closes with a solid click.
The chain is quite STUNNING....comprised of "26" natural ROSE QUARTZ crystal beads that are 1/2 inch in diameter with carved SHOU designs.
The necklace is a very IMPRESSIVE, "Quality" made piece that is just to DIE FOR!! It is a collar length of 15 inches and weighs a substantial 105 grams!!
This is a MAGNIFICENT piece of jewelry and a RARE FIND....and it is in EXCELLENT vintage condition!! It would be a VALUABLE asset to any vintage/antique jewelry collection.
