THIS DOLL WAS ONE OF THE FIRST DOLLS THAT KESTNER MADE BEFORE THE ONES THAT HAVE THE MOLDNUMBER Marks: "K" . Turned bisque shoulderhead, spiral-brown paperweight eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented lips, mohair blonde wig, gusset-jointed kid body, bisque lower arms.Very fine smooth bisque and lovely face, original body which does show age wear which is normal when they are over 100 years old. There is a tiny bit of leakage at the knees and patch to her arm as pictured. Her bisque head and shoulder-plate are in nice condition, no breaks chips or repairs etc. Two fingers have slight chips to the tips as photographed.This beauty is one of the first Kestner dolls to come out as she is only marke with a letter like the first kestner's.If you have any questions please let me know.
