This is for abeautiful original little bronze art nouveau pot from around 1890. It reallyis a superb little pot, delicately crafted and finished with a lovely overlaid hand wrought design of brambles and butterflies, the two butterflies actually form the handles either side. I would guess, and it is a guess, thats its Austrian, there are no marks or clues on it anywhere but it has that look of pieces made at that time in and around that area of Europe.It is in absolute excellent condition with no damage or wear to it anywhere and it has the absolute perfect rich warm unpolished patina to the metal. It measures 100mm across from the tip of one butterfly to the other andit stands 82mm tall.
