I try to ship on the following day of payment, unless it is a public holiday or due to illness

I combine shipping. If more than one or up to 10 items are purchased by the same buyer, I will only charge the same postage as a single item.

I always get a proof of postage certificate and a receipt from the post office as proof that I have posted the item.

If an item is lost or damaged in the post I will assist in claiming the insurance. But please remember unless you chose the international signed for (overseas) or special delivery (UK) you can only claim up to £30.00 for your item.

An item will only have a tracking number for overseas if the international signed for option has been chosen
