Up for sale is a Very Fine 19thc Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Lidded Box. The Box is superbly and intricately detailed throughout, really one of the finest quality examples I have seen. The Box has a beautiful famille rose design, along with turquoise enameled interior making it very practical for use. The Box also has a nice old patina to the gold gilt metal mounts. The Box is in very fine original condition with no chips, cracks, enamel loss, or repairs. The box is a nice size for practical use and displaying measuring 3-3/8 inches tall by 3-1/2 inches wide. You do not see many examples of this very fine quality come up for sale. The Box would make a great addition to any collection, and is also a fine investment grade piece.
