A superb 19thc porcellanous Staffordshirefigurine of Mr Punch riding on a goat.
An unusual and interesting figure of Mr Punch riding a goat. Punch carries a candy twist stick in his hand which matches his hat and hehas fine attention to face. Thegoat is nicely decorated with applied chipping bocage.
Height some 7.25" and some 3.5" long at base.
Condition: Punch has had head reattached and there looks to have been some overpainting to his green trousers. Otherwise lovely age commensurate condition.
