Thorn Estate: Atlantic Highlands, NJTHIS sale:magnificent antique chinese carved natural white jade teapot, classical form, carved strap handle, superb carved kylin beast to lid, alabaster white opaque color hetian jade. we feel it dates to the early 20th century or perhaps much earlier. (jade is hard to date for us as we are by no means experts).
overall good condition with minor flat nicks & wear to very base edge, minor scratches & dirt. EXQUISITE. approx 7.25" wide, 5" tall, 2.75" deep. WEIGHT: 777 gramsbronze footed twin handled round censer, Probably 19th century, Qing period, or earlier.NOTE: Provenance: The W.
