Description Areally beautiful antique solid sterling silver pill/snuff box set with Scottish polished agates by the silversmithsSpurrier & Co, in lovely condition and with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1907.Excellent quality example, circular in shape with original tight fitting pull-off silver lid and and diamond shaped green polished agate hardstones and nicely chased and engraved too.The interior is fully gilt-lined and there are no added personal engraved inscriptions or monograms.
Measurements Measures approx1.55 inches (39mm) in diameter and is 0.85 inches (21mm) deep.
Date AntiqueEnglish solid sterling silver with a full set of silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1907(date letter "h"). Further silver hallmark stamps on the lid too.

ConditionLovely condition and most importantly with no damage to the polished agate stones. All original stones too with no later replacements.No splits or cracks to the silver and no repairs, has a few tiny age-related surfacedents & bruises.The silver lid is original and is a very tight fit and the interior gilding is almost all still intact. No added inscriptions or monograms, (always a big bonus).
