In EXCELLENT CONDITION and especially so for it\'s age. The lid fits snugly. No apparent dings, dents or repairs. The cartouche atop the lid is blank. You can make it your own.

I\'d love to list the flowers represented here but I\'m not nearly knowledgeable enough to name them all accurately. I can see Chrysanthemum, Peony, Roses, Poppy & more...

Certainly of interest to tea caddy collectors... But for the lover of silver ingeneral. You wont find afiner form nor a better execution of the silversmiths craft. That it\'sby Gorham is a nice bonus as thevalue will sustain through the decades.

As mentioned, the piece is marked underneath with a date mark corresponding to 1895. Also there is the Gorham trademark. The sterling mark and also a model no: 370.

Measures approximately 4 1/2\" high and 4\" across. Weighs about 6 ounces.
