If you have been watching my sales over the past couple weeks you would have already seen some of the great items that have already sold from the collection. This is a really great sale, you just never see fresh from estate collections like this come up for sale these days, and mostly with s! Up for sale is a Very Fine c1890 Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Jar. The Jar is by far one of the finest quality period examples I have seen. The jar is superbly and ornately detailed throughout with intricate famille rose floral enamel designs. The Jar also has a rich gold gilding to the bronze mounts, really a fine quality piece. The Jars interior is also turquoise enamelled making the jar nice and practical for actual use. The Jar is a nice size for teas, candy, nuts, or just for displaying as well. The Jar is also in very fine original condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The Jar displays nicely measuring 3 inches tall by 3 inches wide. A Truly Fine example.
