A beautifully designed German 800 silver dish. It is hallmarked with the 800 standard mark and the crescent moon and crown state symbols introduced in 1886 and the makers mark of W T Binder. It dates to c1900-1915. It has been beautifully made in a classical Art Nouveau style incorporating pierced and embossed laurel leaves and berries. It is in superb condition being fee from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures a touch under 4.75 inches (12cms) across by 1 inch (2.6cms) tall and weighs 47 grams. A high quality beautifully designed piece.
