This is a quite superb Staffordshire porcellaneous castles folly pastille burner of which:
during our research: we have been informed it certainly dates from the mid 19th century:

Follies are found on the land and form part of a castles estate.
Decoration of:
windows to the front with castling around the circumference.
Domed roof with a hole centrally.
decorative hole to the rear for the insertion of a pastille.
areas of green bocage.
Mounted on the hollow base with the steps to the front.
Four holes underneath for ash.
It has an overall height of about 5inches.
Hollowed base with an overall size underneathof about 4.5 x 4.5inches.
Condition: Considering the age: the overall condition is:
excellent and is not subject to any major blemishes.
