NEW # 10 of 50 ARTIST\"S PROOF>This was on the COVER OF ROMANTIC HOMES MAGAZINE in June 2003.An article was written about Susan Rios and this is the picture that was displayed inside and on the cover.....see photos...This is for an authorized limited edition reproduction of the original painting by Susan Rios \"Tea At Summer Hill\".The print is an Iris Giclee and is produced on coated artists canvas ,printed with fade resistant Equipoise brand inks.The image size itself is 24\"X 30\" and is numbered and signed by Susan Rios.The proof was produced in 2003.THERE WERE ONLY 50 ARTIST\"S PROOFS and all artist\'s proofs were hand highlighted by Susan Rios.This is # 10/50 Artist\'s Proofs....see photo where it is signed and you will see this.The frame has a dimensional raised flower border...it is a white wash type finish so it should blend with many colors.The colors on the painting are exquisite!!With the frame it measures approximately 35 1/2\" wide X 29 1/2\" height X 1 1/2\"-2\" deep.I did have the frame professionally retouched by a frame shop as by moving locations it had a couple scuffs...please look at pictures in case I missed any imperfections but to me it looks in very good condition.it has never been hung..only stored.Never offered by sale or used before.I do not wish to accept a return so if you have questions or need more closeup pics I will be glad to help with that.In order to do my part for the Environment I do use recycled mailing materials whenever possible.If you do not prefer that,please let me know ahead and I will try to accommodate your preference.If you want to upgrade your shipping,let me know and I will send an amended invoice..I have tried to estimate the shipping to the best of my ability but if the actual shipping turns out to be less,I will refund the difference via Paypal .BUYER PAYS SHIPPING COSTS BUT You will only end up paying what it actually costs to ship.This is an estimate ..This is hard to gauge what actual shipping may be because of the size and also depends on what zip code it is going.to but you can email me with your Zip code for an exact amount.PLEASEWAIT to pay invoice once you purchase until I canget the exact shipping costtogether by bringing package to Post office or facility that offers the least shipping costs for your zip code......I will automatically open unpaid item disputes if your item is not paid for within the timeframe that has recommended.
