The Star Tetrahedron is truly a special form. It can be seen as two separate tetrahedra, joining to make one star. For this reason it can be seen as a kind of 3D yin-yang symbol, a union of two complimentary opposites. That is why I have devised this particular piece, to showcase this special perspective. I have glued together Western Red Cedar and Alaskan Yellow Cedar, and then hand carved this special Star Tetrahedron. Whether used to aid in meditation or just enjoyed for its special physical and symmetrical properties, this wood carving is intended to bring peace and love to whatever space it may occupy. It measures about 2 inches from one point to the opposite point.
