Beautiful tortoise fountain pen. It has had ink in it but I have not used it. I ended up sticking with an old Waterman fountain pen although at one point I bought and was going to try some other fountain pens. Now I am cleaning out of my drawers with hopes someone will want to use this one. It can be returned if it does not work out for you. Comes with the converter. No cartridges included but can be bought separately. Please note I ship only to domestic USA.
