If for some reason more than 4 days is needed for payment, email me and I will notify . I make an attempt to describe the stamp or blocks as accurately as possible. Each item for sale is inspected for evidence of hinges, broken perfs (see note below), centering of stamp(s), creases, etc. Where applicable I use the "2012 Scott Stamp Values - U.S. Specialized by Grade" section (the yellow pages). Any stamp or block with gum distrubance, hinge marks etc will be noted in the description. In this case the gum side of the stamp will be pictured. In other words, you don't have to rely on viewing only the stamp and the brief description of the condition, such as MNH, OG, etc.
NOTE:
Broken perfs that are beyond the frame of a block or in the selvage are not considered a flaw, unless the broken perfs are numerous ( three or more). This will be noted in the description of the block.
