Q: How is combined shipping handling calculated?
A: Additional shipping cost is added for each additional item. For example (for domestic orders), if you order 3 items, the 1st item will cost $4.95 for shipping, the 2nd will cost $1.50 for shipping and any subsequent items will cost $1.50 each for S&H. Therefore, the total S&H cost for 3 items is $7.95.

Q: How come the item I have received is smaller than what is shown in the picture?
A: We enlarged picture for our jewerly, customer can have a better view on the jewelry design and stone shape, and pattern. We do provide size and weight for all our jewelry please read it carefully.
Q: Why is the stone color little different from the picture?
A: All jewelry photos are taken by professional photographers. They use many photo equipments, like Flash, Day Light and etc. Some of the stone color might have effected a little. (Example: An amethyst stone is dark purple color, under the flash and lights it might affect the color a little and it shows little light purple instead of dark purple.) If you bring the jewelry outside under the sunshine you will see the same piece showing under the day light.
Q: How can i get combine shipping discount?
A: There is auto combine system when you on your way to check out system will adjust the discount automaically for you, if the auto system doesn't work please contact us through message our customer service will take care of you.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Delivery time within the U.S is usually just 2-5 days however in rare cases it could take 7-15 days. Delivery time for international orders is about 8-15 days in most cases, and in rare cases could be up to 3-5 weeks or more sometime during the heavy traffic. Canadian and International order are subject to search by local customs authorities which can delay delivery by several weeks.
Q: Am I responsible for international duties and custom fees?
A: For International Orders, we are not responsible for any FEEs that your country have charge you, example like Duty Taxes, Postal Delivery Fee, or some other fees that your country had apply.

A: Yes, we have over hundreds different type of stones 95% of our stones in store are genuine, and 5% of our stones are lab-created. If you have a question on one of the stones, please contact our customer support.

A: All our cameos are made resin. (An acrylic medium similar to plastic, but much more durable).

A: All jewelry we have tested before we list them up in our store. We strongly recommend you to take it to a local jewelry shop and have it test before you contact us. It will be guaranteed genuine silver, if some reason test failed please have local jeweler provide follow list information (how many piece have been tested, stone(s) on the jewelry, total width and length of the piece, total weight of the jewelry, was it pendant, ring, earrings, bracelet, or necklace?) Please get all these information and mail, fax, or email to us.
