Seeburg Jukebox Rebuilt Model J 1955 Nice Wow:
This is a semi-restored Seeburg "happy days" jukebox!New chrome, ($800) mech rebuilt ($300) select receiver rebuilt ($250) amp rebuilt ($300), new lament on the cabinet ($425) and new tubes ($120). That equals $2195 in the restoration, not to mention small stuff I bought for it, like upgraded speakers, etc. Oh, and of course labor.
This is a beautiful plug and play jukebox for your home, I set it up for freeplay, which means you push a button and it will give you 3 plays, it really has a great sound, I hand picked out the tubes for this jukebox, I went through a few sets to get a nice sharp sound, if sounds good at any level.
Pickup is very welcome, bring a few people!
As far as shipping goes, You, the buyer must make all arrangements. I will tighten down the mech, and shrink-wrap it for the shipper. (They must be willing to pick it up at my house and remove it, out the front door and down 5 stairs). I have done this before with an AMI Continental, and it went very smoothly. Once delivered to you, you may have to readjust it from shipping.
Plain and simple, you can buy one for 500 to 900$$$ and restore it yourself, but the above costs were from about 3 years ago, and we all know what has happened in the last 3 years with everything going up! You would have a ton of money into one now. So you can buy this one and have it up and running and save a little.
Remember if you want it shipped, you must make all arrangements.

Just to let you all know, this model is actually a "JL" I believe it is meant that the cabinet is a lighter shade of wood? I am not an expert on jukeboxes, thus what you see in the pictures is what you are getting. On May-12-13 at 13:22:18 PDT, seller added the following information:
Just to also add, if you are picking the jukebox up, I will require you to pay me cash on pickup.
