If you live in the USA shipping has been included in the price of this item.

If you are an international customer, shipping will automatically be calculated. But it may not be calculated correctly. Please request an invoice before you pay to assure it is correct. You may also send me an email before you make your purchase to ask how much the shipping will be.

Once your order is processed and in the mail I have no control over how fast it gets to you. I state that I will ship within three business days but in most cases I ship either the same day or the following morning excluding holidays and weekends.

Combined Shipping:

International Shipping:

Please understand that international shipping can be tricky and can sometimes take longer than expected. All items must go through customs for inspection and there is no way to control how fast that will take. Most of my customers select First Class Mail International which is an economy service. I offer both economy and expedited shipping. Generally, I ship worldwide but on occasion I need to suspend shipping to certain areas because of natural disasters or because of problems encountered at customs.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

International shipments can take 3-8 weeks to deliver, due to the distance traveled and the time it takes for your country's customs department to clear the item. If you need it sooner, please contact us or choose our expedited service of either priority or express mail.

Packing:

When possible, I ship your items in boxes that I have recycled. The only exception to this is if you select USPS flat rate priority for shipping. I do this out of concern for the environment.I also place your item in a plastic bag so that it is protected from spills in transit.

Return Policy:

I take returns shipped to me up to one month of receipt. Please send me an email to let me know if you plan to return an item so that I can watch for it. Items must be returned in new condition with any original packaging that was provided. Once I receive the item and have had an opportunity to inspect it. I will refund the price you paid for the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer. It is my hope that you will be happy with your purchase and will not need to return anything. I welcome your questions prior to your purchase to help assure that is the case.

Photographs of Products:

I work very hard to offer high quality photos of my items so you will know what you are getting. I always try to give you multiple views. Colors can look very different with different Internet Browsers and on different computer monitors. For this reason I always try to name the colors for the item under “Item Specifics”. There are certain colors and certain products that just do not photograph well. Please feel free to communicate with me by email if colors are of specific importance to you.
