I do offer a 14-day return policy for my items, however, rules do apply. You must contact me with 24hrs of receipt if you wish to return an item. Item must bephysicallyreturned within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is incorporated into the price of the item.
Buyers Remorse- You will need to return the item at your expense and include delivery conformation. Refund will be given less original shipping charges and less a 20% restocking fee.. If free shipping was offered, actual shipping charges I paid will be deducted from refund.
Wrong Item- I will credit you the return shipping and ship out the correct item as soon as the wrong item is received back. (Credit will be for lowest/cheapest shipping option available. I will not pay for Priority, Express, etc. return shipping)
Item Not As Described- I am human... I try to list all my sale with clear descriptions. It is impossible to be 100% on color since there are millions of shades of color. The descriptions are my opinion OR the manufacturers description. I am NOT an expert on any of my items. If you need more information, please email me PRIOR to offerding/purchasing to save us both time & money. I mustGROSSLY MISREPRESENTan item to be held accountable for an item being not as described. I sell items as I have received them.
If an item breaks, rips, tears, ect, PLEASE CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. I am unable to provide warranties on any items sold due to not being able to control the conditions or manner of use outside myposession.
Damaged- Please do not contact me saying an item is not as described when the item is actually damaged. I show pictures of actual items so if you need additional pictures, I can try to accomodate, however I do not sell damaged items and list them as new/perfect. Conditions are ALWAYS listed in the item description. If it is damaged, it is a carrier issue and you will need to contact the carrier for further assistance. If I end up assisting you and giving a partial credit, the credit will be a percentage of the price of the item AFTER SHIPPING CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED. The shipping is incorporated INTO the price of the item. The shipping is posted on the label so you will know exactly how much I paid. This amount will be deducted from the price of the item and that will give you the price for the "Item(s)" in the sale.
Refunds are issued within 5 days of receipt of returned item. You must be patient as all returns are investigated and inspected upon receipt. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless item was grossly misrepresented. If free shipping was offered, the original shipping amount I paid will be deducted from your refund. ALL FEES associated with your listing will not be refunded as I will have to pay that fee, again, to relist the item.

can not establish and display estimated delivery times which are factually correct for each and every transaction. should simply revert to their old process and simply state the class of shipping available without setting expectations based on erroneous and factually inaccurate delivery estimates provided by carriers which do not match every possible shipping situation
has been contactedabout this issue, and of course, were told that is contractually responsible to display the information specified by the carrier. They eventually understood the concept that it was beyond all basis of reality that apackage purchased on say... Friday evening and shipped out the next BUSINESS DAY which is Monday....could not possibly arrive at its destination in TWO or THREE DAYS via Parcel Post delivery when it is going from the West Coast to the East Coast or anywhere in between. They figure "Friday is the purchase day and it should arrive in 5 days meaning Wednesday." What?
A more realistic approach is: Purchase day one = shipped next BUSINESS DAY (which could be in 3 days if purchased Friday and ships out on Monday) "Shipment should arrivewithin 5-10 business days after shipping date."
is, by their own admission setting false expectations, and relies of their fall back that delivery times are "estimated", and believes their use of the term "estimated" absolves them of any wrong doings with regard to disappointed buyers or to sellers who receive lowered DSR ratings based on the buyers disappointment that delivery did not occur as quickly as "estimated". displays the best case scenario and relies on utilization of the term "estimated" to absolve them of all culpability in setting false - unrealistic buyer expectations.
All returns (Other then wrong item or manufacturer defect) will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Holiday items returned within 1 week of Christmas or later will have a 35% restocking fee. If you purchased an sale that offered free shipping, these shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping as well.
