Set of 8 Maitland Smith Ornate Carved Chippendale Dining Chairs from Henredon Another Exceptional Item from Bohemian-Wrap-CityHere is a lovely set of 8 Maitland Smith ornate chippendale-style, ball and claw dining chairs in Sensational, ready to use, condition ..... These were purchased about 15 years ago at the Henredon store in Raleigh, NC (which sells or sold Maitland Smith as well as Henredon) .... Upholstery was redone about 6 years ago in a fabulous neutral beige/taupe-colored corrugated-style heavy fabric and it is in excellent condition, not 100% new and perfect, but about 95% .... These chairs originally retailed for $800 each in the late 1990s ... The condition is just about perfect for each one ... They were handcarved (in Indonesia, I believe) of solid Mahogany and they are beautifully done .... There are no issues to mention, no flaws, no wobbles, no repairs, no inconsistencies .... They are completely ready to go and available for pick up.
If you need delivery you will have to arrange your own shipping/freight ..... The chairs are heavy but I have no idea what a packaged weight would be for all 8, so you will have to discuss with a freight company on your own...I cannot ship these, but I will be happy to deliver to a local shipper.This lovely set of chairs is in ready-to-use condition .... Just about as close to new as you can get.
