This fabulous set is an original Midwinter brand, Stonehenge, "Sun"dinner service, circa the 1960s.

It is a set for four places - including dinner plates, side plates, bowls, coffee cups, saucers, salt and pepper shakers (extremely cute!), milk jug, sugar bowl with lid (in perfect condition) and gravy boat with saucer.

Please note that I didn't include the saucer for the gravy boat in the photographs because I did not know what it was until later - but it does exist!!!

The only chips or damage to the set is shown in the photographs - one of the shakers has a hairline crack in the top and a small chip near the base on one side. One of the side plates has a small hairline crack also. Otherwise it is all in beautiful condition.

As you can see from the photographs this set really lights up the room! It is incredibly happy and funky - in that earthy style distinctive of the Midwinter range from that era. It really is a joy!

The extras that come with the set are a spare side plate, bowl and cup and saucer, so the set actually includes:

4 dinner plates

5 side plates

5 bowls

5 coffee cups and saucers

1 set of salt and pepper shakers

1 sugar bowl

1 milk jug

1 gravy boat and saucer

I didn't include the extra pieces in the photographs as I wasn't sure if I would sell them separately or keep them, but in the end I decided to include them in the sale.
