This is a working maple?wood Metronome,and it enclosed in a wooden case.It come with the original windup,and you need to wind this up slowly.The wood has spots on it,and inside of the case you need to clean it very carefully.I would use something like qtips so not to damage it.It is so beautiful listening to the rhytum of it.About 9 inches high.
