Returns Q&A:

I received the wrong item:We inspect every item prior to shipping. If for some reason we have shipped the wrong item or size or have missed an issue with your item we will immediately ship the correct item to you along with a pre-paid return envelope for you to return the incorrect item.

I ordered the wrong size:Size chart is easy to follow and accurate if care is take to measure correctly, if you have ordered the wrong size exchanges are allowed as long as item is returned within 14 days of USPS delivery confirmation delivery date. Item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, clean and free of any smoke, perfume, odors and free of deodorant stains and free of pet hair. We require a $3.75 exchange fee which covers mailing & processing fees to re-ship the new shirt. This is billed via paypal which you can view and pay once you log into your paypal account. The new item is mailed once we receive the returned item and receive the $3.75 re-ship fee in paypal.
