DELIVERY

The delivery price quoted is applicable to:

• deliveries between Monday & Friday before 6pm. For deliveries outside of these hours, or for a Saturday delivery, please contact Heaven Interiors for a quote.
• mainland UK only; please contact Heaven Interiors for delivery quote to the Highlands, Islands & Ireland.

All items are checked for quality prior to despatch to courier. This ensures that all goods leave in a pristine and immaculate condition.

You will be advised once the item has been despatched and provided with a delivery date. If you are not in to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card. It isthe buyers'responsibility to re-arrange the delivery. If you fail to re-arrange thedelivery or are not available to accept the re-delivery, the goods will be returned to Heaven Interiors and youwill be charged an additional delivery fee to re-despatch the goods.

Small Items: e.g. stools, lanterns, bedside cabinets and ornaments are sent via courier.

Large Furniture Items: e.g. drawers, tables and mirrors will be sent via a freight company.

• to accept delivery of a large and heavy item, you may need to ensure somebody is available to help you carry the furniture onto your premises; the drive accepts no responsibility with regards to this and may not offer you assistance.
• if access to the delivery point is in any way difficult or restricted, please contact Heaven Interiors prior to purchasing the item.

Upon purchase, please provide a contact number and any specific delivery details / instructions; these will be passed onto the delivery company to ensure a smooth and easy delivery.

RETURNS

You are welcome to return your item for any reason subject to the following:

• item must be despatched for return within 7 days of receipt.
• item must be unused, not have been assembled and in the original condition in which it was sent.
• item must be returned in its' original packaging; both the item and the packaging must be received in a re-saleable condition.

Return of unwanted items:

• it is the buyers' responsibility to organise & pay for the cost of return.
• both the item & the packaging must be received back undamaged & in a pristine / re-saleable condition
• Heaven Interiors will not refund items that are damaged due to poor re-packing or that have been damaged during transit by the return courier company the buyer selects to use. It is recommended that when returning goods, insurance is purchased to cover the full cost of the goods.
• if the item is returned contrary to the above, it is the buyers' responsibility to resolve any issues or claims with the courier company selected.
• refunds will be provided within 5 working days of the item receipt by Heaven Interiors.

Return of damaged goods:

1. Damage to outer carton

• outer carton packaging must be checked for damage prior to signing for the delivery of goods.
• if item packaging is damaged, you must advise the driver immediately & sign for the goods received as "damaged".
• the buyer must advise Heaven Interiors with regards to the damage within 24 hours of goods receipt.
• failure to sign for goods as "damaged" or inform Heaven Interiors within 24 hours of receiving the goods will result in no refund or replacement item being offered by Heaven Interiors.
• Heaven Interiors will organise the collection of damaged goods.
• replacement item will only be sent once damaged item has been received by Heaven Interiors.
• replacement items will be sent within 10-15 working days commencing thedate item was received by Heaven Ineriors.

2. Faulty or damaged item inside the carton

• the buyer must advise Heaven Interiors with regards to damaged / faulty items within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in no refund or replacment being offered.
• Heaven Interiors will organise the collection of damaged / faulty goods.
• replacement items will be despatchedonce the damaged / faulty item has been recevied by Heaven Interiors.
• replacment items will be sent 10-15 working days commencing the date the item was recevied by Heaven Interiors.
