Standard FedEx Shipping is available for most products via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, and the shipping charge will be specified in the listing.
Sorry, but at this time we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. There will be additional charges for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Multiple Orders/Combined Shipping
If you make multiple purchases/orders please contact us before paying to receive our combined shipping rate and to ensure your items ship together. Our combined shipping rate is $6.95 for Economy Shipping ($8.95 for FedEx Ground/Home Delivery) and $1.75 for each additional item.
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the high volume of orders that we receive, please be advised that it can take a few business days to process your order.
How will my order ship?
Economy shipping orders will ultimately be delivered by the USPS either through FedEx SmartPost or Priority Mail. At the time of payment you will have the option to upgrade shipping to be shipped through FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.
When your order ships, we will notify you of the ship date and tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. They will be able to provide an estimated delivery date.
When will my order arrive?
All of our items are currently in stock and are shipped within 2-3 business days. Each product page includes the estimated delivery date below the shipping method.
If there is any reason that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving negative response so that we can resolve any issues. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we value your input.

How do I return my order?
Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order or provide an incorrect delivery address, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Using our Standard Return Policy:
• Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied or your refund may be denied.

• We advise insuring the package with the carrier.
• Save your return tracking number. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the package in case there are any issues during transit.
